Intended Use:

The TGAb Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is intended for the quantitative

detection of anti-thyroglobulin antibodies (TGAb) or by non-specific in human whole

blood, serum or plasma as an aid to confirm the respective autoimmune thyroid disease

results.

Principle:

The TGAb Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a membrane-based

fluorescence immunoassay for the quantitative detection of TGAb in human whole

blood, serum or plasma specimen. During testing, the sample moves through the strip

from sample pad to absorbent pad. TGAb in the sample will combine with the

Thyroglobulin antigen coated on the membrane. The fluorescent microspheres coupled

to the anti-human IgG antibody showed a positive correlation with the TGAb

concentration in the sample, which can be captured by the Thyroglobulin antigen coated

on the membrane (Test line). According to the fluorescence intensity of the test and the

standard curve, the concentration of TGAb in the sample can be calculated by the

analyzer. The testing result of TGAb will display on the analyzer screen.
